In-House Claims
Effective 1 December 2024, all Property claims will be managed in-house by Market Lane’s dedicated Claims Team. Our Liability Claims will continue to be outsourced to our trusted partner. As we continue to implement our Claims Management strategy, we are looking at bringing this function in-house in 2025.
We work in partnership with leaders in insurance claims management and adjusting around Australia, and act as your first port of call and continual contact point for all claims related matters.
